To ensure your marriage is recognised by law you have a few choices you can be married by a minister usually in a church or place of worship, you can be married by a civil celebrant in a registry office or by a civil marriage celebrant at a venue of your choice.

Nicola Beulke is a registered Marriage celebrant and has been officiating at ceremonies in the Cairns area since 2003.
Wherever your preferred location is on the beach, in the Rainforest, in a Hot Air Balloon or even underwater, she can assures you that she will be honored to officiate at your service.
Nicola offers unlimited email/telephone communication leading up to your wedding day. It is her duty to liaise with you as to the documentation required for your wedding.
Fantasea Weddings will also provide you with a selection of different ceremonies, vows and readings to choose from in order to create your own personal ceremony. A pre–ceremony meeting is included in the fee providing you are in the Cairns area. At this meeting you can complete all necessary documentation and do a rehearsal of your ceremony. On the day of your wedding Nicola will be at the location ½ an hour early to meet your guests and ensure everything is in order. A table and chair for signing the documents is provided if required. After the ceremony you will be presented with a personalized copy of your ceremony along with your Marriage Certificate. Nicola will then register your Marriage in Queensland. If you would like to change your name after the wedding, she can assist you with the required paperwork to do this.

If it is just the two of you or you have 100 guests — Vivian is available any day, any time, any place — 7 days each week — and you will have her undivided attention to offer you a professional and personalised ceremony — warm and caring and reflecting YOUR personalities and using her expertise to make sure you have a memorable wedding.
She will also tell you all your legal requirements, which documents you need to have, how to obtain a permit from the Cairns City Council for a beach ceremony and how to obtain a Legal Marriage Certificate after your wedding; on your wedding day she will give you a Presentation Certificate and a Presentation Copy of your Ceremony Wording. If you would like a rehearsal — that is offered free of charge in the Cairns area, and of course unlimited contact via email and telephone. Vivian supplies a PA system and CD player if you need them, and also a table and chair for the signing of your Certificates — all free of charge.
